The Sweet Box Charlotte Terms and Conditions

1. Orders and Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the pickup/delivery date.

• Orders placed with less than 3 days notice may incur a rush fee.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date. Orders canceled after this period will not be refunded.

3. Design Changes

• Any changes to the design must be requested at least 10 days prior to the event date and may result in additional fees.

• Design changes requested after this period are not guaranteed.

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• While we offer options for dietary restrictions, our products are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens (nuts, eggs, dairy, etc.). We cannot guarantee allergy-free products.

5. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup and delivery times must be agreed upon in advance. A fee will apply for delivery services.

• Once a cake is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or storage.

6. Storage and Handling

• Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place. Buttercream cakes require refrigeration. Instructions for care will be provided upon pickup/delivery.

• We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage after pickup/delivery.

7. Photographs and Marketing

• We reserve the right to take photographs of your cake for marketing purposes. Your personal details will not be shared.

8. Liability

• We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by our products after pickup or delivery.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 24 hours so we can work to resolve the matter.
