PAYMENT POLICY • Orders placed during the same week as the event must be paid in full at the time of booking. • All orders totaling less than $100 require full payment at booking. • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. LAST-MINUTE ORDERS • Orders placed within 5 days of the requested pickup or delivery date are subject to a $50 Last-Minute Booking Fee. DELIVERY • Delivery is available for an additional fee. • Delivery rates vary based on location and will be provided when booking. PICKUP DATE CHANGES • Orders are prepared based on the agreed-upon pickup date. • Requests to move a pickup date to an earlier date after booking will incur a $25 Schedule Adjustment Fee. ORDER REQUIREMENTS • Treats are sold by the dozen only. • We do not offer half-dozen orders or individual treats.
