1. Please refrain from using my personal social media. I only do orders through my business page or my link. 2. Please message me first to consult about a custom cake order. 3. Half of your deposit is required and nonrefundable. 4. There is a grace period to send your deposit. When your order is placed, you will be given 1 hour to send your deposit. If not, your order will be canceled. 5. I do not accept last-minute orders. 6. Any last changes to orders will result in an extra fee to your invoice. The additional fee will be determined after how many items are added to your order. 7. Any orders for parties/weddings must be made 3 months in advance. 8. Any small orders must be at least 5-7 days in advance. 9. Once your cake leaves my location, I am no longer responsible for it. 10. I will no longer deliver any small orders to anyone, UNLESS it is a cake order. For any other order you MUST come to my location. 11. Do not arrive later than our agreed time. A 15 minute grace period is given. If you are 30 minutes late without notice, a $20 late fee will be implemented. 12. If you are 1hr+ late and do not communicate, a $30 late fee will be implemented for every hour that you are late. So please be on time, my time is just as valuable as yours!
