Before submitting your order request, please review our Party Packages, pricing, customization options, and policies at www.celebrationsbykeychel.com.

When submitting your request, please have the following information ready:

•Your event date

•Your selected Party Package

•Your event theme and four coordinating colors

•Personalization details, such as names, ages, or special wording

•Your preferred pickup or delivery option

All orders are subject to date availability. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your order once availability is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Delivery is available to select locations for an additional fee.

1. How far in advance should I place my order?

Party Package orders require at least 3 weeks' notice and are subject to availability. Rush orders may be accepted with less notice when my schedule allows, with an additional $50 rush fee.

2. How do I secure my event date?

All orders are placed through Bakesy. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your order and event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup or delivery.

Payment requests must be completed within 24 hours to avoid cancellation or release of your reserved date.

3. Can I customize my Party Package?

Yes! Each Party Package is coordinated around your event theme, four-color palette, and personalization.

Sugar cookies are available in Vanilla or Chocolate, with one flavor selected per package. Signature Cookie Pops share the same flavor. Chocolate-Covered Oreos are available in Original or Golden.

I use creative freedom to design each order in my own decorating style. Inspiration photos are welcome but will not be recreated exactly.

4. Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes! Complimentary contactless porch pickup is available in East Lake Charles. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. A one-hour grace period is provided.

Delivery is available to designated public meeting locations throughout Southwest Louisiana and surrounding areas, subject to availability. Delivery fees range from $15 to $130 depending on location.

5. Can I reschedule my order?

Yes, with at least 7 days' notice and subject to date availability.

Your nonrefundable deposit may be transferred to another available date a maximum of two times. Further rescheduling requires a new deposit.

Orders canceled less than 7 days before pickup or delivery are not eligible for a deposit transfer.

6. Can I order individual treats instead of a Party Package?

Individual treats are not currently available as standalone custom orders.

Additional treats and cookie cake upgrades may be purchased with an existing Party Package, subject to availability.

7. Do you accommodate food allergies?

Celebrations by Keychel operates from a Louisiana home-based kitchen. My kitchen is not nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or gluten-free.

Because products are prepared in a shared kitchen, I cannot guarantee that they are completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

8.How are my treats coordinated with my event?

Celebrations by Keychel creates custom desserts inspired by your event's theme, invitations, color palette, and provided inspiration.

Please provide all relevant design references, including invitations, mood boards, decoration inspiration, and specific color preferences, before production begins. These can be shared through Bakesy messages.

If complete details are unavailable, designs will be created using the information provided and the artistic discretion of Celebrations by Keychel.

Please note: Inspiration will not be recreated exactly, and slight color variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our treats.
