Chadra’s Creations is not responsible or liable for any damages done after your order has been picked up. Your order should be kept in a cool environment and must be kept away from direct sunlight or heat to avoid any damages or melting. When picking up, it is recommended to keep orders on the floor with continuous air conditioning in your vehicle until your order can be moved inside or in the fridge.

Rush Fee All orders requested to be made & picked up under 48 hours will result in a rush fee. Depending on the complexity & quantity of your order, the fee will vary (larger orders under 72 hours.) Details will be posted in the notes of your invoice if so. There will also be the possibility of your order being denied due to limited time and/or availability. Both your time & mine are valuable. I strive to do my best work and make sure I have all of the materials needed for your order on time. I appreciate your understanding!

If you decide to cancel your order, a minimum notice of 72 hours (3 days) is required. If items were already purchased for your order (such as letter boxes, edible images, etc.) and cannot be used for other orders, it will be deducted from your total refund.

If you decide to pay with cash, a 20% deposit is required to secure your order and is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order.

If a purchase is necessary for a mold to fulfill your requested theme, there will be an additional charge added to your invoice for convenience. Chadra’s Creations will personally pay for 50% of the cost while the other 50% will be on your invoice. Thank you for your understanding!

Some custom orders may require the use of edible images to fulfill your requested theme. If this is the case, there will be an extra charge added to your invoice pending your approval.
