You can cancel your order, however it all depends on when it is canceled to determine if you’re eligible for a refund. If the order is canceled after I have already made and decorated the cake, a refund is no longer available.

Deposits are non refundable, no exceptions. Orders are non refundable after being picked up. If any damages occur during transport I am no longer responsible! Once the cake is handed off to you, cake after care is now your responsibility. A cake care card is given out with every order! It’s up to you to take those instructions into consideration 🥰 if you cancel after I have already made the cake, a refund is not an option.

PICKUP: • The only thing you need to do is let me know when you’re on the way , and send an ETA 💖 you don’t have to get out of the car, I will bring the cake out to your vehicle 🥰 • please be on time ! DELIVERY: • Address for delivery has to be sent at time or order to determine a fair travel fee •Once I arrive to to delivery location, I will give a 20 minute grace period. After the grace period I will leave and the delivery fee is non refundable and you will need to pickup the cake

•The safest location for your cake is on the floor of the passenger side. If you place a cake on the seat it’s not leveled and you risk the cake possibly falling or getting damaged. For bigger cakes like tiered cakes, the trunk is the safest place but make sure it is in a safe position and that there’s no room for the cake to slide around. •During warm temperatures please make sure that your car AC is on so your cake won’t melt! •Drive carefully! Don’t make excessive sharp turns, do not break hard.

Up to 3 days in the fridge ! With fresh fruit filling I only recommend 1-2 days in the fridge •for best flavor I recommend eating the cake within the first 2 days
