My journey to starting a home bakery business began with my son Isaiah’s diagnosis of Celiac Disease. Suddenly, I had to find gluten-free foods that not only tasted amazing but also met his picky preferences—especially when it came to cakes and desserts.
I often felt heartbroken seeing him unable to enjoy the same treats other kids did. When I looked for gluten-free options at local grocery stores and bakeries, I was disappointed by how limited and lackluster the choices were.
That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began creating gluten-free cupcakes and delicious dessert recipes that are just as enjoyable as their traditional counterparts.
