POLICIES: please message me before submitting an order
1. Please be deposit ready NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER
2. 50% deposit is required for ALL orders and are NON-Refundable
3. Please be detailed and ready with what you would like To order.
4. ONE WEEK notice required to order anything sooner will have up to $20 rush fee
6. Stuff happens, date changes can be made if you don’t want to cancel your order, cancellation of order will result in loss of deposit.
7. Payment is due prior to pick up, order should be paid for upon arrival. If you are paying the remainder with cash please let me know prior to pick up.
8. 30 min late pick up limit, if you do not arrive on time for your pick up, after 30 minutes - we will need to reschedule a pick up that may interfere with your event time. Any hour beyond the scheduled pick up time will result in a $10 late pick up fee
9. Once items leave my care- I am no longer liable for the product. Instructions are given during pick up for treat/cake care
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Taste is subjective, We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for taste or items melted.
items must be fully returned for a partial refund.
10. By booking with us - you give us creative freedom to your order. Inspo pictures can be sent but we do not replicate designs.
