BAKERY POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Fresh Baked Love. To help create a smooth experience, please review the following policies before placing your order.

1. ORDERS & BOOKING

• Orders are only confirmed once the minimum required deposit is received.

• Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.

2. PAYMENTS

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposits for canceled orders are transferrable to a later date.

• Any remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.

• Production does not begin without a deposit.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds will be offered once production has started.

• Date changes requested prior to production are subject to availability & approval.

• Refund requests due to mishaps or bakery mistakes must be submitted to freshbakedlove24@gmail.com with 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Please attach necessary photos. Requests are approved at the discretion of the bakery owner.

4. DESIGN & CUSTOM CAKES

• All cakes are handcrafted. While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed.

• Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.

• By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept our creative interpretation.

5. PICKUP & DELIVERY

• Please adhere to pickup times and follow cake care instructions.

• Once the cake leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or heat.

• Cream cakes should always be transported in well air-conditioned vehicles.

• If delivery is selected, fees are calculated based on location.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. CAKE CARE & STORAGE

• Buttercream and whipped cream cakes are heat-sensitive.

• Cakes should be refrigerated when not in use.

• We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or heat exposure.

7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS

• Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order.

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By placing an order with Fresh Baked Love you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

Custom cake pricing is based on cake size and design details. The “starting price” is the base price for that cake size. Final pricing is based on your specific design requests. Unless you are requesting a freestyle design, please include a sample picture with your request. Once your request has been submitted, a quote for your order will be provided via email or text.

An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

All orders will be provided a pickup address unless delivery is otherwise indicated. Please pickup within 1 hour of the agreed-upon pickup time.
