There is a $15 late fee after 30 minutes of scheduled pick up time and $1 every minute after. Failure to show after 1 hour will void your order. No Refund will be offered and items will be sold to the next customer.
Any damage(s) to the product after pick up/delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
How Many Days In Advance Do I Need To Place Orders?
Big Orders:
14 days in advance not including weekends.
Small Orders:
7 days in advance not including weekends.
