Welcome to JL Sinful Delights! Please review our order policies and guidelines below prior to submitting your request.

🍪 ​Order Minimums & Lead Times

​Standard Orders: Must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

​Cookies & Cupcakes: Sold by the dozen (unless purchasing a variety pack).

​Specialty Flavors: Custom flavors are available upon request; pricing varies.

💥 Payment Policy💥

100% deposit is required within 48 hours of order acceptance to secure your date. No exceptions.

💥Cancellations & Refunds💥

​15+ days notice: 25% cancellation fee.

​7–14 days notice: 50% cancellation fee. Any unpaid balance is due immediately.

​Less than 7 days notice: Non-refundable, and the full order total remains due.

​Issues/Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis. If an error is on our end, we will arrange a replacement or a discount toward a future order.

🚙Pickup Policy

​Please arrive at your agreed-upon pickup window.

​Late Pickups: Notify us immediately if you are running late. Because our products contain perishables requiring refrigeration, uncommunicated late pickups past the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the order (donated) with no refund.

​Delivery & Shipping

​Local Delivery Rates (from 33844):

​0–10 miles: $0 flat rate

​11–25 miles: $10 - $15 flat rate

​26–50 miles: Inquire for a custom quote prior to ordering

📬​Shipping: We currently ship cookies and brownies only via USPS Priority Mail. Rates depend on weight and box size.

​Requires a 4-week minimum advance notice (timeline may vary depending on order size).
