📍50% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE retaine fee of entire order is required to secure date on orders $100 AND ABOVE. 📍ANY Sales or Specials are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and Require Full payment at the time of booking to secure your order. 📍 A new retainer fee MUST be made in order to book a new date. It is understood that your retainer holds that date and NO OTHER date. 📍 Orders under $100 must be PAID IN FULL to secure your order. 📍Cupcake orders are minimum $90 unless accompanied by a cake order $100+ 📍All final balances are due one week prior to due date it is understood that you are responsible for paying balance on or before that exact date and not a day later. A reminder will not be sent it is to your knowledge in mind that if the balance isn’t paid then your order will not be filled. 📍All last minute orders placed within two weeks of delivery date is required to PAY IN FULL at time of booking no matter the amount and are subject to a rush charge fee of an added 20% of total balance due! 📍 There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY. 📍I do not deliver at this time. I am located in Tacoma Washington. 📍Once the cake is in clients possession I’m no longer responsible for the transportation of the cake. I can assure you that I took all necessary precautions to ensure the cake would be stabilized. I added rods and a pipe in the center which is standard for all of my two tier cakes. It is the client’s responsibility to properly transport the cake. With that being said, the client is still responsible for the remainder of the balance. 📍 For 2 Tier cakes: please bring someone with you if you can so they can hold the cake.
