When are you open?
You can schedule an order for pick up:
Weekdays 12:00 - 5:00 PM
Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Closed on Sundays.

How far in advance should I book?
If the date is available, we are able to take only a few orders per day.
Weekends and holidays fill up the soonest.
There is a $10 Rush Fee added to the total when booking less than 3 days in advance.
Booking at least a month in advance is recommended to save your spot & avoid rush fees.
My date is blocked off when I submit a request?
Your date may be blocked because it is fully booked/unavailable
OR because it’s less than 3 days in advance.
To request a Rush order (less than 3 days in advance) :
1. Select the soonest open date
2. TYPE the correct desired pickup date in your order details
We will review your request and send an invoice as rush order if the date is available.
Once we receive payment your order will be confirmed.
Deposit must be electronic.
Do you have anything available today?
Menu items labeled “Available Today” can be requested by:
1. Selecting the soonest open date and
2. TYPING your pick-up date as “today” in your order details.
Submit your order request and we will contact you to confirm a pick up time if available.
Rush fees may or may not apply depending on the item requested.
Will my cake be good until the next day?
Our cakes and treats are edible for approximately a week if kept refrigerated. Small cracks on the frosting overtime are normal due to dehydration.
At room temperature the cake will last approximately 24 hours.
If your pawty is after your pick-up date, we recommend freezing your cake. It can be taken out when ready for photos and enjoyed as a frozen treat.
Can you do Custom Orders?
If you would like a different style from our menu items:
1. Select the cake that looks most like the style you’d like and
2. Include a description & inspiration photos in your order request.
For any themed cake please select one of our “Pick-Your-Theme Barkday Cake” options.
Price will vary depending on design complexity.
