About
Baking has always been a hobby of mine. I started OnoBakes to share some of the sweets and flavors that I love having grown up in Hawaii. To get baking business experience, I worked as a professional cupcake decorator for 3 years and this is where I discovered a passion for creating floral designs. Especially when paired with local island flavors.
Now my focus is on creating beautifully detailed floral designs on cupcakes for special occasions and gifting! I work closely with each client, offering a personal, friendly and attentive approach.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
For custom orders and preorders, we request full payment when the order is placed. We accept Venmo or PayPal.
Refunds
Custom orders can be canceled and refunded up until 48 hours of the agreed upon pickup/delivery date. Pre-orders can be cancelled with a full refund up to 1 week of the agreed upon pickup/delivery date.
After Pickup
We really appreciate our customers placing orders with us. Once your order is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for baked goods that are damaged (i.e. dropped, crushed, smeared due to boxes not being leveled or secured properly, etc.). We recommend that you keep our baked goods at room temperature before consumption. We are also not responsible for any items that have melted due to being in the sun or rooms that are above room temperature.
Baked Goods - Care Instructions
It is important to keep our baked goods at room temperature and enjoy them on the date of pickup or delivery. If you will be consuming the baked goods more than 24 hours after purchasing, please make sure to ask us how best to keep them fresh as it varies per item.
Cottage Food Laws
We currently bake in a home kitchen not inspected by the health department but we do follow California cottage food laws. Our kitchen is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free. Our baked goods should not be consumed by anyone with allergies to these ingredients.
