Terms & Conditions
•Deposits are due when your order request has been accepted. •Final payment are due one week before pickup. •Orders placed after a three weeks notice are subject to late fees. •Late orders must be paid in full amount. •Orders that haven’t been paid by due date will be cancelled. •Pattie Cake Bakery is not liable for cakes after it leaves our possession. •Pattie Cake Bakery will make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
Cake Care Instructions
•Pickup and carry the cake from the bottom only. •Keep the cake leveled at all times including transport and refrigeration. •Transport cake in an air-conditioned vehicle away from loose objects. •Store cake in the box in a refrigerator. •Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat when not in the fridge. •Take the cake out the fridge 1-2 hours before serving and serve at room temperature. •Use a sturdy cake stand at least an inch larger than the cake board. •Store the leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container.
