🍪 How do I place an order? Preorders are placed through our Bakesy shop. Choose your favorite PomPom Bakes cookies, select your quantity, and submit your order request for the upcoming Weekly Cheer Drop. Orders are subject to weekly availability. 📅 When and where can I pick up my cookies? PomPom Bakes offers a weekly pickup day at a designated local meeting point in the Midvale area. The exact location and pickup details will be sent by email or text to customers who order that week. 💳 How do I pay? No payment is collected when you submit your preorder online. Payment is made in person at pickup through Square. Credit/debit cards and supported contactless payments are accepted. ⏰ When do preorders close? Orders remain open until the posted weekly ordering deadline or until our baking capacity is reached, whichever comes first. Once a Weekly Cheer Drop is full, ordering for that batch will close. ⚠️ What about food allergies? Please review the ingredient and allergen information provided with each cookie. PomPom Bakes products are prepared in a home kitchen, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us before ordering. 🤎 How should I store my cookies? For the best flavor and texture, enjoy your cookies fresh.
