Welcome to Quay’s Party Express! My name is Quay. I am the loving mother of five beautiful children. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I currently reside in Prattville, AL. Capabilities & Pricing
Prices are subject to change depending on style and theme. Deposit required for orders $250.00 or more before taxes. Full amount due on orders $250.00 or less before taxes. Remaining balance will be due one week prior to pick up. If you are in need of a order immediately, please note a $50.00 Rush Fee will be applied to your order. A Rush Fee will be applied to any order request within 10 days or less.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately, all sales are final. All orders placed with Quay’s Party Express is Non- Refundable including Deposits. Failure to pay any remaining balances will result into the order being completely canceled. In the event you choose to cancel your order any payments made will not be refunded to you. A store credit will be issued in the event you cancel your order. Store credit can be used up to “one year” from the date your initial deposit/ payment was made.
Custom Treats
Treat prices are based on the amount of detail provided. All treats come in a dozen. Some treats may/may not come individually wrapped. Candy Apples, Sugar Cookies, and Popcorn come individually wrapped. If you would like any other treat’s individually wrapped please let us know.
