Return Policy /Exchanges or Credits on baked goods
Unfortunately, because your order is specially custom made, we do not take returns, credits or exchanges. We package all our products with the upmost care and materials to protect them during shipping. Once the package is handed over to UPS, we cannot be responsible on how they handle the package or if they are delayed.

Shipping Cost depends on weight and box size. A 11x11x3 box weighting about 2-3 lbs is about $14.00.
