All orders, including custom orders, must be submitted through our Request Order Form. Once your request is received, we will review the details and contact you regarding availability, pricing, and next steps. 🎂 Can I request a custom order? Yes! Custom orders are welcome. Simply complete our Request Order Form with as much detail as possible, including the type of treats, flavor, quantity, date needed, and any customization requests. 💕 Is a deposit required? Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and scheduled pickup date. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. 💳 When is my remaining balance due? The remaining 50% balance is due in full before pickup. Your order must be paid in full before it can be released. 💰 Are deposits refundable? All deposits are nonrefundable once an order has been confirmed and scheduled. 📅 How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend submitting your order request as early as possible, especially for larger orders, custom orders, holidays, weekends, and special occasions.
