Sweet It Is! Cordele Baking Co. is a licensed Georgia Cottage Food bakery serving Cordele and surrounding communities.
Cinnamon rolls are at the heart of what I do. From my signature Classic Cinnamon Rolls to rotating specialty flavors, they’re what Sweet It Is! is best known for — made from scratch, rolled by hand, and baked fresh in small batches.
But cinnamon rolls aren’t the only thing coming out of the oven! You’ll also find a rotating selection of fresh-baked breads, cookies, muffins, and seasonal treats throughout the year.
Everything is made in small batches and offered through scheduled presales and occasional extras, so the menu may change with the season (and sometimes with whatever I’m inspired to bake next).
Current menus, ordering deadlines, pricing, and pickup details are announced with each presale.

Offerings rotate and may include:

• Fresh-Baked Breads — including seasonal favorites like Jalapeño Cheese and Tomato Basil Parmesan
• Cookies — including our customer-favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Muffins — available occasionally and in rotating flavors
• Seasonal Treats — special offerings that may pop up throughout the year
