all orders should be placed at least a week in advance, 2 weeks to ensure all customizations can be made!

a retainer fee is required on any order over $60, any order below this amount the full payment is required at the time of order.

*retainer fee is NON-refundable*

all remaining balances after the retainer fee are due 1 week before your order pickup date.

all orders are non refundable, if in an event you have to cancel please do so 5 days before your order date to receive a full refund (excluding the retainer fee as it is NON-refundable)

if you do not cancel within that 5 day time period it will result in your loss of FULL payment.

* refunds are only given with the above exception

* with any other situations i can give a credit for any future order date (upon my discretion)

RUSH FEES’s

* if you need a last minute order and i am available to accommodate it, it will result in an rush fee added on to your order total:

48 hours- $30

next day- $50

holiday- $75

once a pickup time is discussed that works for both of us please be sure to be here ON time, late pickups interfere with my schedule, be specific in the time you choose for pickup in between times don’t work for me! i do allow a 15 minute grace period, anything after that will result in a $20 late fee charge.

PLEASE take into consideration travel time and traffic. i’m very mindful and try to accommodate everyone so please respect my time and policies!
