You pay, I’ll bake! 100% payment is required up front so that I can source your spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, your order will be released to the next person in line.

Easy Peasy… 3 Methods! Venmo– Apple Pay – or Invoice – HA – Information will be included with the quote. Whichever way you choose – full payment must be received to guarantee your cookie date. And date – I mean date you pick up cookies, we’re not going for a night out – unless you need one.. HA!

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 2-weeks prior to your pickup time. If your event has been rescheduled - you may pick up your cookies on the scheduled date and freeze sealed cookies for up to 3 months

I can offer full refunds up to two weeks prior to your pick up date. Once your order is within the 2-week window, unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds as your order prep has begun and supplies have been sourced. But the good news – you get the cookies!

While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Pick up dates are set upon ordering. Generally speaking - pick up date/time will be on Sunday afternoon - Monday evening between 5-7 is an option also. Please put that cookie pick-up date in your calendar. Pick up Location is at my home, in Suffolk I’ll give ya the address – when you order cookies. HA!!

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5×11 inch cookie!!) My regular cookies average 3 1/2 to 4 inches, while my minis are 2 – 2 1/2 inches.

All custom orders are subject to The Cookie MoMStor Co. design aesthetic and no "inspiration" photos will be perfectly copied from another artist.

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em secure, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.

(I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within just a few hours– otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Please give me little bit to reply – I’m usually covered in dough! (I do try and reply as quickly as possible)

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible! ​

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget

Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my cookies are awesome. Awesome!

Delivery can be is an option. $25.00 delivery fee will be applied.

While The Cookie MoMStor Co., can't accommodate all last minute orders, we will try our best efforts to do so. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 4 days will require a rush fee of $25.00
