The Perfect Bite is genuinely the perfect name because that's what these were. The cannoli cream was delicious in its own right, and the ratio with the cookie was perfect; it never felt like I was overwhelmed by it, like it usually feels with cupcakes for example. And the cookie itself, besides being chocolate chip which always tastes good, hit that texture sweet spot of not being anywhere near crunchy/hard, but also not doughy/undercooked or crumbly. Even taking smaller bites, the whole cookie kept its form without falling apart at any point. I actually ate it over a napkin to catch crumbs and when I was done, the napkin was completely clean. Tasted good, sized to satisfy without overstaying its welcome, a sweet treat I would highly recommend and look forward to ordering again!
